PreFA-2 Pressure Foot Analysis measuring instrument independently developed by Metal-new(FMT) team, is a disruptive technology for aluminum melt that solves common problems in aluminum alloy production. Through the application of slag measurement technology, the slag content and types of each process in the production process can be determined, thus providing a powerful means to optimize the process and strengthen the process monitoring. Through the application of off-line slag measuring technology, the quality and stability of melt are obviously improved.

When the Metal-new slag tester PreFA-2 takes the slag sample, it can be sent to our company by SF Express (the corresponding data can be produced on the earliest night, and the slag test report can be handed to the user the next day, achieving the first time to obtain the slag sample analysis results, greatly improving the timeliness).
