B. Aluminum melt refining degassing furnace:

The main function of the degassing furnace is to keep heat after the melt flows into the degassing furnace. At the same time, the inert gas is dispersed into the aluminum melt through the rotating impeller, and after collision, capture, adsorption and partial pressure, the gas in the melt is brought out of the aluminum liquid surface with the gas floating up, so as to achieve the purpose of degassing.

C. Aluminum melt purification filter box:

The on-line filtration device is installed between the degassing furnace and the small casting machine, connected together through the flow trough, and the melt flow range is 1 to 6 tons/hour. In the casting process, the melt flows into the degassing room. After the degassing, the degassing furnace lifts the degassing furnace through the lifting platform, so that the discharge port of the degassing furnace is connected with the entrance of the filter box, and the degassing aluminum water is injected into the filter box for filtering, removing impurities and obtaining clean aluminum melt.
